Experience:

• Leadership skills required to mentor and guide staff
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and banking platform program

Information Security Engineer

If you are enthusiastic about safety and security with a strong technical IT background, Bell Bank is seeking experienced candidates for their Information Security Team that can lead security team initiatives while collaborating with both technical and non-technical audiences.

As a Security Engineer and a member of our security team, you will be working to create and maintain the safest operating environment for Bell Bank. Senior Associate

Loan Officer

Kirkwood Bank & Trust's Dickinson office has an immediate position open for a loan officer who will develop, examine, evaluate and authorize or recommend approval of client applications for commercial, ag and consumer lending.

Applicant must be able to: approve loans within specified limits, and refer loan applications outside those limits to management for approval; meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the loan process; analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans; explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services; be able to manage past due, delinquent, or collection loans.

Compliance Auditor

Responsible for performing individual compliance audits - as part of the annual compliance audit plan, researching and staying informed of all new or enhanced regulations, and clearly communicating this information to applicable stakeholders in the bank. Responsibility includes developing audit scope, performing audit procedures, and preparing audit reports reflecting the results of the work performed. Work performed will focus on compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies. Additional responsibilities include following-up on the status of outstanding audit issues, responding to compliance inquiries, periodic reporting to the Audit Committee, completion of risk assessments, compliance training, assisting with external examinations/audits and the development of the annual compliance audit plan.

Desired qualifications include a thorough understanding of banking laws and regulations, experience preparing and conducting compliance training sessions, and working knowledge of audit principles and standards. Ability to work independently, multitask, and work cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. Strong verbal and written communication skills, to effectively present to peers and management.

Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree, two or more years of banking compliance experience, and a proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
