Commercial/Agriculture Loan Officer

Stock Growers Bank in Napoleon is seeking a commercial/ag lender. Applicant should be self-motivated with good computer, communication, analytical and accounting skills. Responsibilities would include managing an existing loan portfolio, expanding that portfolio by acquiring new customers, analyzing credit information, and monitoring of collections.

Additional duties include maintaining strong customer relationships while promoting the bank to the public through community involvement. A college degree is required. Operations Manager

Horizon Financial Bank, a locally owned and operated community bank, with locations in Munich, Devils Lake, Osnabrock and Bismarck, ND, is seeking an experienced, motivated and highly organized individual to lead its operations functions.

Job description: This position is responsible for the overall management and strategic vision through the day-to day operations functions of the bank. The operations manager must have a detailed knowledge of bank operations to ensure efficient workflow, while achieving strategic bank goals and maintaining regulatory objectives.

Essential functions:
Develop and oversee efficient processes and flow between departments, while ensuring controls are in place to maintain the integrity of the bank systems.
Analyze existing processes to determine necessary changes as well as communicate changes when appropriate.
Work closely with bank outsourced vendors, including risk reviews, vendor management and BOD reporting.
Assist in the coordination, selection and implementation of application development as it pertains to business technology, including but not limited to, core, teller and other retail delivery software.
Serve on various committees and work closely with CEO, branch managers, IT manager and various department heads to develop and maintain efficient operating procedures.
Incumbent would be responsible for other duties as they relate to the bank objectives and this position, as the above listing is not comprehensive.

Qualifications:
Experience managing a bank operations department is highly recommended.
Supervisory experience or equivalent work experience is necessary.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required. A professional and strong work ethic is essential.

Commercial Loan Officer

Chief Credit Officer

Position Overview:
Responsible for review of First Western Bank & Trust's loan portfolio on a continuing basis: to assure appropriate documentation and underwriting; to monitor the bank's credit quality within compliance safety and soundness standards; and monitor the asset portfolio for diversification.

Job Functions:
Oversee the loan review, compliance, collections, processing and credit analysis functions including adherence to policies and practices of the bank and applicable regulatory and governmental agencies
Implement a system of credit analysis and quality assurance for loans as directed by the Board; assign appropriate risk ratings as needed in conjunction with loan loss reserve analysis
Examine files periodically for assurance of credit and collateral documentation, regulatory compliance and loan policy conformance; review technical exceptions and deficiencies; provide reports of continued outstanding exceptions to the Board of Directors
Prepare written analyses on all concentrations of credit, aggregate lending relationships vs. indebtedness for individual borrowers, complex loans and weak loans
Identify problem loans, make recommendations of loans reviewed quarterly with the board

Lending Systems Manager

The Lending Systems Manager has direct management oversight of the lending department's processing and workflow systems including the provisioning, configuration, administration, and maintenance of systems. The Lending Systems Manager supports all lending department managers in fulfilling technological strategic goals and expectations of the customer's experience, including research and development of proposed systems through validation and implementation of those systems. This position has the main responsibility to ensure the systems are working optimally and successfully. This position has direct oversight responsibility of managing relationships and interaction with third party system vendors and the internal IT department. This individual will lead and manage most lending system projects.

Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible to ensure lending systems are used accurately, consistently and efficiently with optimum utilization to maximize return on investment.
Provide necessary project support in conjunction with needs of Lending Management and Corporate Project and Process Management.
Understand the lending department's system needs and goals and ensure business systems and technology align with those needs and goals.
Responsible to ensure vendor management and model management procedures are completed accurately, timely and thoroughly in the lending department.

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent professional experience required.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in business and consumer lending required.
Previous experience managing technology platforms and relationships with technology vendors required.
Demonstrated technological aptitude.
Proven analysis and problem-solving skills.
Knowledgeable in report development and presentation tools.
Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply knowledge to company needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exhibited ability to manage productive collaboration between internal departments.
