The National School for Beginning Ag Lenders, sponsored by South Dakota Bankers Association, is an intensive school designed to train in all facets of agricultural lending with emphasis on credit analysis, credit scoring, risk rating, problem loans and group case study.

The school is held on the campus of Black Hills State University in Spearfish, SD. School faculty members include Denny Everson, First Dakota National Bank, Yankton, SD, and Bob Craven, Center for Farm Financial Management, University of Minnesota.
