Assistant Customer Relations Manager

First Western Bank & Trust is hiring an Assistant Customer Relations Manager at its headquarters in Minot, North Dakota.
This position will provide prompt and courteous customer service to patrons of First Western Bank & Trust while assisting with customer service operations.
Job Duties include:
  • Open new accounts and assist customers with any account questions, credit and debit card disputes/questions, changes and updates to existing accounts
  • Cross-sell banking products and services
  • Work with customers to set up certificate of deposit IRAs including SEP, Roth and CESA
  • Assist the Customer Relations Officer with the following duties:
    • managing Customer Service Representatives
    • reviewing daily reports
    • software application parameter maintenance
    • reviewing IRA statements, process mailings and maintain necessary annual IRS reporting
    • creating monthly reports
    • overseeing the scanning and indexing process of departmental documents
    • coordinating scheduling and training for Customer Service Representatives
    • updating departmental procedures as necessary and informing appropriate staff of changes
