Frandsen Bank & Trust seeks a Wealth Management Associate, who will be based out of our East Grand Forks, MN, location. This position will work closely with the Wealth Management & Trust Assistant Vice President. Career advancement opportunities are available.
Engage in high-touch client interactions to provide professional guidance and solutions
Proactively reach out to clients in-person, by phone, and email to reinforce and deepen relationships
Provide daily administrative support to the Wealth Management & Trust officers
Maintain client database with high accuracy and integrity
Organize and assist in the maintenance of client electronic and paper records as required for compliance
Initiate, review, process, and mail all mandatory retirement-related letters and tax forms
Perform various administrative duties and other duties and projects as assigned by the Supervisor
Minimum Requirements
Two to three years’ administrative assistant or general financial services industry experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to accept and provide strong coaching and feedback
Attention to detail
Proficiency in computers
Preferred Qualifications
Post-secondary degree in a related field is preferred
Experience in investment management, trust, and/or the retirement services industry
General knowledge of finance and accounting principals
